Situation:-  The property is well situated in the heart of the holiday area, near to the beach and Peasholm Park. Being on an elevated site these two lovely large flats enjoy pleasant views of Peasholm Park and Public Gardens.

Within about 100 metres is; the southern entrance to Peasholm Park, the Alexandra Bowling Centre—open free to spectators,  the pub, cafes. Coffee bars and shops for holiday provisions.

The beach is about 300 metres away. Close by are the Miniature Railway, the New Sands Development, the Indoor Swimming Pool, Cricket Ground and the Castle Headland, with its' spectacular coastal views. The town centre and Sea Life Centre are about 10 minutes walk.

The flat has;  Two bedrooms, (Bedroom 1 has two singles beds and bedroom 2 has one double bed),  lounge,  Kitchen/Diner,  bathroom with bath,  shower & toilet.  .
